Susan Clark, CCMC, has been a Project Manager with Iowa State University – CIRAS since 2011. She brings over 20 years’ of experience training and coaching thousands of individuals and groups in various industries including manufacturing, private industry, academia, financial services, health care, non-profit, and government. She is a Global Change Circle Member started by Human Synergistics International –the world’s leading culture experts. She is involved with helping organizations build constructive cultures. Susan has facilitated teams at all levels on continual improvement strategies and culture. While a VP of an international HR consulting firm she managed projects for Fortune 100 clients. As the former Manager of Training Programs for Brown University (2200 employees), she developed, implemented and presented training programs including supervisory, management and leadership development, and customized departmental trainings. Susan began her career as a Legislative Correspondent in the U.S. Senate. She has a B.S. in Human Development, Counseling & Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island; an HR Management Certification from Villanova Univesity; Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI®) and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI) Accreditations; and The Liautaud Institute / University of IL Chicago-SEMCO approach (Systemic Empowered Community) certification. Susan is a 2015 Leadership Iowa graduate and recently moved to Coralville.
