Strategy is foundational for the success of any aspect of business.  Without a strategy, businesses flounder around in hopes that anything they do will “stick” and help them achieve their goals. This is best described by Sun Tzu in his famous book, “The Art of War” as it applies to business.  He states:  “Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory, while tactics without strategy is the noise before the defeat.”

In this presentation you will learn the basic components of strategy and how they apply in today’s digital world.  Further, you will learn the optional tactics available to you and how to select the ones that are right for you.  Finally, you will be guided on how to take that strategy and create an effective digital marketing blueprint to effectively communicate with your target market(s).
