Igor Ansoff’s Growth Matrix in 1957.  Ever since, company leaders have been utilizing this tool to examine the risks in their potential growth strategies.  In this session, you will learn CIRAS’ twist on Ansoff’s Matrix that will help improve your internal discussions about growth and drive top-line results.  Examples focused on Iowa companies that have utilized some of the strategies will be included.
